The Architectural and Engineering firm of Jeffrey T. Butler, P.E., P.C. is engaged in the business of architectural design, engineering and planning of commercial, institutional and residential sites and buildings. Established in 1996, our experience and expertise includes site civil, structural, mechanical, and architectural design of thousands of proects and sites across Long Island.
Notable projects of late include the Laurel Links Country Club and Golf Course, the Riverhead Toyota building, Westhampton Beach Assisted Living Facility, Middle Island Caring for Kids Community Center, The Courtyards at Southampton, The Cliffside Resort, The Jeffrey Mosenson EMT Training School at NCMC, and Locust Cove Planned Retirement Community.
With our combined backgrounds, we pride ourselves in being able take complex projects from conception to permitting in house. We have seen countless times how this expertise under one roof has led to a shortened design development phase and better coordination with the design documents. We also work very closely with several nationally recognized design and planning firms. We can supply the client with any aspect of the project deemed necessary for a success, from initial design to construction inspections.
Prior to starting Jeffrey T. Butler, P.E., P.C., Jeff Butler worked as a construction manager for 14 years building industrial and residential sites. Prior to joining the firm, Dan Butler worked as an architect for a residential design firm which specialized in the design and construction management of high end waterfront properties. In addition, our staff includes very experienced drafting personnel and expeditors.
